This is a 4 page comic that I believe was meant to be a story board for a Ghost Shirt Skit. Since the Ghost Shirt Society hasn't existed for quite some time, I'm just gonna say it's Fukidasu. I think the end was actually that he got a walnut stuck in his throat and could no longer answer phones in the call centre, then he goes on a rampage because he thinks everyone is against him and that they sabotaged him due to his consistent high call volume. Very high concept piece.
Fukidasu indeed.
